We have a very integrated team who is eager to serve your needs. Each of our employees were handpicked and trained by Dr. Ghatri himself! Dr. Ghatri has been in practice for over 17 years and with our special group of ladies we hope to continue his legacy.
Lucy M.
Lucy has been with YesBraces for over 16 years as the Director. Lucy feels that a smile warms the heart and is truly blessed to be a part in creating beautiful smiles for our patients for the rest of their lives. Lucy grew up in Ohio and has two wonderful dogs that she enjoys playing with in her free time.
Mary P.
Mary has been with YesBraces since 1999! She is the Clinical Coordinator of the Springfield and Fredericksburg offices. Mary enjoys taking care of our wonderful patients; she also enjoys spending time with her husband, three beautiful daughters and puppy Storm when she's home.
Tami W.
Tami joined YesBraces in 2004 bringing over 20 years of orthodontic experience. She is the Clinical Coordinator for the Reston and Fairfax offices and enjoys building relationships with the young people as their smiles and confidence grows. She has had the opportunity to see the practice grow and how it has changed the lives of numerous patients by providing them with a beautiful smile. She enjoys traveling and outdoor activities.
Adriana A.
Adriana is an Orthodontic Assistant and started with YesBraces in 2005. She is bi-lingual and enjoys assisting our Spanish community. In her free time she is a "soccer mom" to her two girls.
Jeni T.
Jeni is an Orthodontic Assistant and the SureSmile coordinator for all the offices at YesBraces. She is a great orthodontic assistant who has been with the company for 4 years. Jeni has two children who she enjoys spending her time with when she's not in the office.
Isabell B.
Isabell has been working as the Springfield office Treatment Coordinator since 2006. She had previously worked in the healthcare field for nearly a decade when she met Dr. Ghatri. Isabell feels that this practice represents the very roots of her own personal and professional values and she is very excited to serve you.

Jackie is our Treatment Coordinator for our Reston office and started with YesBraces in 2008; She speaks English & Spanish and is excellent at patient care. Jackie enjoys working out and spending time with her daughter and husband when she's not working.
Tiffany H.
Tiffany is our practices Operations Coordinator; she has been with the company since 2007. Tiffany is pretty knowledgeable with every aspect of the office with her specialty being Information Systems Technology. She loves to fish, play softball, poker, four wheeling as well as other sports and activities.
Jennifer R.
Jennifer is a fun loving mother of two beautiful children who started working as an Orthodontic Assistant with YesBraces in 2008. She began working at YesBraces as a certified orthodontic assistant (COA) with 11 years of experience and is looking forward to learning and developing her skills more through YesBraces. Not only is she an assistant, but she is also the Treatment Coordinator for our Fredericksburg office. Jennifer enjoys dancing, playing & watching sports and most importantly taking vacations with her family whenever possible.

Lana is the Records Tech for YesBraces. She just joined our orthodontic team and is a great addition to our family! She loves working with the patients and providing superior patient care. Her favorite part of orthodontics is seeing the patients on the day their braces are removed and how confident they are. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, going boating with her husband, photography, and spending time with her family.

Heather has been working as an Orthodontic Assistant with our practice since 2008 bringing seven years of orthodontic experience with her. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with the patients and developing a relationship with them. In her spare time she loves playing and spending time with her daughter Emma. She also enjoys camping, fishing, hiking and all other outdoor activities.

Brenda is our Office Coordinator for the Fairfax Office and is always excited to help our patients and proud to be part of the YesBraces team. She loves spending her time with her family and watching movies. She believes a great smile is one of the best treasures in life!

Jessica is new to the orthodontic office, but enjoys welcoming patients to the practice and is fortunate to interact with each of them every day. She is our Office Coordinator for our Fredericksburg location and she is currently working on a A.S. degree in Biology and likes to sing and compose music in her free time.

Office Coordinator for the Springfield location. She is excited and proud to be a part of our wonderful YesBraces family. Elizabeth is the mother of 3 beautiful kids, loves to dance, sing, and enjoys making people laugh with her sense of humor. She is always excited to learn new things and help others grow as well.

Michelle has worked for Dr. Ghatri and the YesBraces team since 2009 as the Marketing Coordinator and is also the Treatment Coordinator in the Fairfax office. Michelle brings 6 years of orthodontic and front desk experience with her. Michelle graduated from Virginia Tech in 2005, that is also where she met her husband Josh! Michelle enjoys spending her time with her husband and son Brandon. She spends her spare time scrapbooking, working out, and enjoying the outdoors! GO HOKIES
Carole R.
Carole is the Insurance Coordinator for all of the offices as well as the Office Coordinator for the Reston office. She has been with YesBraces since 2005 and loves to work one on one with the patients to make their experience a memorable one. Carole loves to read, travel, see comedy shows, and cheer on her favorite football team the Redskins during the football season.
